(Late) Fall Scenes

Fall is long gone now, I know. But I wanted to share some beauty that was about just a few months ago . . .

Yes, the ole' photography blog is back. It has been dead for a year or so! Long time . . .

I have many photos and a love of photography to share. So hopefully this blog will stay a while!

For Some Reason

A Bubbly Bath 2

(Oooops! This was supposed to be on my other blog. Oh well, it can stay I suppose)

. . . . and some 2010 goals . . . . (10, to be exact)

1. Read 1 high quality book a month. (They can be for pleasure, but they have to require more thought and have more substance than Meg Cabot books. I love to read her books even though they really are so lame and cliche! They are my guilty pleasure.)

2. Read my camera manual.

3. Take a Digital Photography course.

4. Take at least 2 independent study courses.

5. Start a Budget, no matter how small.

6. Start a Savings Account, no matter how miniscule. :)

7. Do one anonymous kind act a week.

8. Read 1 Shakespear play a month. (Or some other mind enriching literature)
9. Write in my Journal every Sunday.
10. What should I say about exercise? . . .

This is draft one. I will refine this list later, when I am feeling a bit more refreshed and able to think harder. I want to have clearly defined goals that I will keep because they are important to me. So, draft two and a Christmas post will be later. . . sigh . . . and yawn. Good night.

Amazing Baby Palm

Behind our apartment complex is a parking lot and a hill which Lexi loves to ride her tricycle down (quite fast!). There is also this fascinating baby Palm Tree which I would love to take home with me. But it is fast rooted and not willing. So I just had to take some pictures home with me instead.

(Kenny is in love with cars these days . . .)

Kenny loved the Palm too, but he couldn't get it out either. :(

It's growing right there in the asphalt! Isn't that cool???
